- The successful execution of services (e.g., Trademark approval, GST registration) is subject to the final discretion of the respective Indian Government departments (MCA, CBIC, Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks, etc.).
2. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
To provide timely and accurate services, we rely on the information you provide. You agree that:
- All documents, financial data, and personal identification submitted to IndiaDeed are genuine, legal, and accurate.
- You are solely responsible for any legal repercussions, rejected applications, or government penalties arising from the submission of forged, expired, or inaccurate documents.
- You will provide requested One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and document clarifications within the stipulated timeframes to avoid government filing delays.
3. Payments, Fees & Government Challans
Our pricing structure is designed to be fully transparent:
- The fees displayed on our website generally cover our professional service charges. Depending on the service, Government Fees, Stamp Duty, and Challan amounts may be billed separately at actuals.
- IndiaDeed reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice; however, any service already paid for will be honored at the purchased price.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, IndiaDeed, its directors, employees, and professional partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Downtime, server maintenance, or technical glitches on Government Portals (e.g., MCA21, Income Tax E-filing portal) that delay your statutory filings.
- Rejection of applications or licenses by government authorities due to criteria outside of our control.
5. Partner & Affiliate Program
If you are registered under the IndiaDeed Partner/Affiliate Program, your account is subject to strict quality control. IndiaDeed reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account, withhold pending payouts, and revoke referral codes if we detect fraudulent lead generation, spam, misrepresentation of our brand, or unethical business practices.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including its breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
